Delivery
We will process and ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery from Poland to the USA and Canada takes from 4 days, in some cases it will take up to 7 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping for all orders worldwide.
If I don't pick up the package?
If your parcel that you have not received returns to us, we will charge you 100 PLN, which will cover the packing and shipping costs.
How do I know my package has been sent to me?
After you deliver the parcel to The Courier, we will send you the parcel tracking number.

Did I receive a damaged package and goods during delivery?

Have you received the wrong order you ordered?
If you received the wrong package through our fault, you must write to us by e-mail artinspirio.info@gmail.com you must return the goods to us intact. You don't have to pay anything for a refund. After receiving the goods, we will send you your order + nice bonus.

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yeah. We can invoice on customer request. You must enter your details exactly when placing your order. Please contact our customer service to issue an invoice.
Does the warranty apply to other products?
No. The warranty only covers posters. The warranty does not apply to frames or other products of our store.
Returns

Do I have to pay for a refund?
Yes. You pay personally for the return of the product. Or we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount
Can I replace the product?
Yeah. But first you need to return us an undamaged and intact item. After you receive and inspect the goods, we will deduct the shipping cost and send you a refund. Then you need to place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

Is the frame included in the price of the poster?
No. Frames are purchased separately.
Does your website have frames available?
No. We currently have no frames available. We are actively looking for a high quality supplier that meets our needs.
But you can freely buy Premium posters from us.
What paper Do you use for posters?
We use premium matte poster paper with a weight of 220g / m2, made in Germany. The paper has all FSC and PEFC certificates, which confirms the quality of the paper.
